Yesterday I decided it was time to finish this little project. This is where I stopped before.
Quilted, bordered and bound. No more helmet head!
I hung it up for the night. This morning, my face is much flatter than I remembered. There are quilted lines there, but they’re done in white.
Hmmm…..maybe it’s not enough.
I went over the facial lines twice with gray thread.
I think that’s enough. What do you think? I call it done!
I did another post on my blog if you're interested.

So fun! I really love how your hair turned out.
It looks great!!! I just love the polka dots! They worked brilliantly!!
Gotta love that wavy border too!! :-)
Your hairdo is wonderful! And I really love how you did the border.
I love it, really nice with the fabric choices and border.

I love it, especially the smile...thread details add so much.......it is a fun and happy piece and I think you did it just right.....
I think your little makeover was perfect; the hair look great and the lines subtle yet visible. I too love the different polkadots together. Great job!
I LOVE the spotted fabric you used for your hair!
Nice! Great smile and I;m amazed at how much these spotted and printed fabrics still look like our faces :0),
Well done! Honestly, I wouldn't even know how to get such a project started, let alone finish...
