First try

Here are the first 2 blocks I've done using the 15 minute rule, although I enjoyed myself so much I did 2 instead of one!

I actually had a hard time letting total abandon guide my next strip when I was sewing. I did from time to time put something in I wouldn't have ordinarily. I'm looking forward to making more of the blocks and then someday putting them together and playing some more.

I cut these to 6 1/2". I didn't use any backing paper but am thinking I should especially when putting the blocks together.

Love these blocks- it's hard to stop at 15 minutes isn't it?

You'll get looser and freer with your fabric choices as you make more blocks. These are looking good so steal some more time soon!

Ooopss...just checking in here...I just started my 15 min blocks last week...but I've been tearing the paper off after they're finished. Is it better to leave it on until the blocks are assembled?????
