I sucked it up and spent the 5 bucks

Just so you would have lovely pictures.  That is how much I love all of you!

See that pick block?  I have two of them.  Ricky Tims technique, I believe.  You make two at a time sorta like stack and whack.

The big X blocks are from a huge quilt, one of the first quilts I made years ago when I realized I needed to do something with the leftover stuff.  And I had leftover stuff from that quilt even.

There are three blocks in there that look like appliqued flowers that are techniques I was practicing when I took the Quilt University Classes on various subjects.

And one day I decided to do a teapot and teacup quilt, made about 5 blocks and gave it up knowing that I would have to make about 427 more to make a quilt.

The red square on point at the very top was a reject from a Round Robin I created for my cybersister group (when they were actually doing something.)

And......sigh......ever present in the background is my Patch No Work Quilt that has been up there for TWO, yes TWO years!

I need to pull out the current basket of orphan blocks and see how they play with these guys.  They have never met before and might just like each other!]

Looks good , Glen...and how virtuous you can feel using up all those blocks!

Thanks for spending the 5 bucks! I really enjoy hearing what everyone is doing and have to say the visuals are worth it!! Now I'm thinking I need to go dig around for my orphan blocks...if only I knew where I put them!

Looks like this is going to be a good one! I LOVE V's orphan block quilts, and plan to make one sometime this year too. You can lead the charge.

These are great blocks. I really like the X blocks and the ones near the bottom that look like they have elephants and giraffes. Very cool.
