This past week few more blocks arrived from Victoria, Mary K. and Margaret! Can you all spot your blocks in there?
You all have to see these blocks in person to really appreciate all the scraps in them. Each one of them is a treasure! There is so much to look at. Each block has a little bit of history behind it. Every single scrap is in another quilt all over the blog land and they will get stitched in this super scrappy quilt.
I am so in love with this quilt.
As of right now, this covers about 55"X55"design wall. And I still have more blocks to receive!
Each day has brought a wonderful gift.
Blocks from,
Charlotte
Victoria
Margaret
and
Mary
Thank you all for making my week a little.. a lot brighter!
Kavita, my daughter just had a surgery..She plays beautiful piano.
Her right hand was in stress. She needed to get it fixed.
She has been home.. She can't help herself and still plays piano with her one good hand these days..
I hope she continues playing once she recovers from it just the same as she did before!
Hope all of you are well and enjoying little things in life.. Even the snow!
Which is not little by any means..
These are the little things I am enjoying today.. Little scraps, few notes on the piano.. deers walking in the woods and even the crows on the snow!
Have a wonderful day!

You had a great idea for this quilt, and it is turing out so beautiful. I love all the bright colors. It is so cheerful, and will make everyday joyful.
Thanks,
I don't know if I can take the credit for the idea.. My inspiration came from a picture of a quilt in the book, "Accidentally on Purpose".
I love how it is evolving!
Glorious color! It is gonna be a one in a million creation. So very happy, even on the dreariest day.
I love it, such happiness all wrapped up in a quilt!
Wowie zowie! This is going to be one of my all-time favorite quilts!
I would never have thought I would like this quilt as much as I do!!! It is truly amazing in it color and a dynamo pattern!!!!

It's fantastic, Sujata...they all go so well together!
It's awesome! I love how it is evolving!
I love a quilt that takes a long time to really see. And this one fits the bill! So many fabrics and arrangements to explore. The overall effect reminds me of the quilts by Anna Williams. Dizzying in the amount of detail. I love it. Might have to make one of these soon. :)
And get well wishes to your daughter!
fun quilt! good luck to your daughter and her recovery.
