What if I...

You all are pretty good at making the
Now is the next baby step...

What will you do with them?

Yes, you COULD just sew them together and call it a day,
been there, done that)

Your PLAY does not need to stop!

This quilt started with a 6" 15 minute block...
and it grew and grew and grew...

Look at your block,
and ask
"WHAT IF"

What if You can add to it, any which way you like,
what if,  You cut not just once,
but at least TWICE.
What if you rotate them?
The possibilities are up to you!
What if you add another fabric, slash it dice it, add to it,
What if you try a new setting with an interesting shape?
TRY a new shape... (If I added diamonds here, my squares would be dancing!)
What if one block thinks it might like haivng compnany,
so you make more of the same block...

And rotate it?
What if you added HST?  or made them stars?
What if you dug out some orphans to incorporate into the blocks?

What if they need to be cut again?

what if, what if, what if?

Take baby steps, and play again with your 15 minute blocks.

How can you grow them into something even more beautiful?

Stay tuned... there will be more on this topic coming soon.

Get your 15 minute blocks ready for playtime!

A new challenge, and prizes are coming....soon.

I have learned that if you don't like the way it looks, cut it up and move it around!

I love watching your play! I have my blocks for you (polka dot, plaid, stripes) but the one I'm not happy with is going to have a little more play before it goes in the mail. I have some old blocks that I need to pull out and play too!
