My July AAQI quilt

I used foundation piecing and some made fabric for this piece.  It is all batiks and I made the small corner piece from the trimmings from the foundation piecing.
I continue to check the AAQI site to see if photos have been posted for the quilts you all have sent.
This is a completely volunteer organization, so sometimes it takes a while for donations to get posted.
As soon as they are posted, and they are added to our page,
I will let you know.
In the meantime, keep making those wonderful minis.

Lovely subtle colours and a pretty design.
My quilt took 15 days to get from Scotland to IL, USA and I don't know how long they take to photograph it after that. Do you put them up on the group page or does it happen automatically?

I have been watching the AAQI board too. They just posted the pictures under "waiting assignment" but not in the groups yet.

Meanwhile, I have two friends who are waiting as well. And they keep bidding and buying other quilts, so their impatience is a good thing! LOL.
