JOY in making fabric out of teeny scraps.....the V way!

This morning I was wanting to make a quick little Joy quilt and insert in a greeting card that has a space for adding a photo.  Well, much too big for the card 4 X 6 inch photo space so.....thought of Victoria and imagined her making a border of Made Fabric so out came the scraps and pure mayhem ensued on the cutting board.  An hour or so later, border created and quilted using a deco stitch on my machine.  The joy I experienced making this little ditty was a whole lot bigger thatn 3 letters!!!
