LISTEN TO YOUR QUILT

I did a bit of foundation piecing.




I made some fabric and unmade it.


Cut and recut.
Sewed and unsewed.

Would have thrown it in the fire if we hadn't had visitors that evening.

Then I listened to the quilt.

Take out the orange stripe.
Give me some of your best fabric from the box labelled "Use with caution. Last pieces of precious old fabric".
And, especially, turn me round.

Then I got this.



Listen to your quilt.

Loved your post! Especially the bit about the box...oh the secret stash of precious fabrics!! I might go peek at mine now, stroke them and then quickly put the lid on again!!
