My ochre block

My scrap bin is overflowing with this color so it didn't take me long to whip this block up.

I am also showing it below beside the mauve block made last week.  I am making my blocks 14" square.

This is certainly a fun challenge!

I am just LOVIN' your blocks! They are fabulous - getting goose bumpies just thinking what the whole group will look like when they become a quilt.

I laughed when I read that your scrap bin is overflowing with ochre. I just searched my stash and my scraps for ochre, and so far haven't found ANY. I'm going to pull out my box of donated strings - it's huge - and I bet I might find some. But it's interesting how different people's stashes are. Your blocks are stunning- especially the one with the green border.
