Getting Caught Up

I didn't have a chance to play with oranges last week, so today I made my orange and my dusty blue blocks. I had almost no orange other than a few scraps, so I even had to piece scraps together to get my 4 little HSTs for the block. Over time I have been sharing and culling my stash. I just don't want a giant stash any more. So now it is almost too sparse. I didn't have any dusty blue other than this snowflake with blue background, so in it goes.
I messed up some on my flying geese. I may re-do the uber bad ones, but it's too hot to tackle that today. I don't want the iron on any more than I have to. I'll show you all my blocks so far.. I have 8 because I made two ochre blocks.

I love that you used white with the blue. I have been thinking of using white too as it seems to work so well! Your blocks look great together!

You have such a wonderful variety of backgrounds that you do not need to worry about those geese. It is looking great as is!

Lovely! Your blocks look great and piecing your HST fits perfectly with the theme of things. Great to see all your beauties displayed together. This will be beautiful.

Great block choice. Don't sweat the piecing, I honestly can't see what's "wrong."
