Lime is Lovely

I've been making a lot of made fabric using lime because I'm making lots of these blocks:

So I had some scraps of made fabric in these colors and I added more to make this:
Which became this block:
And here are all fifteen done:
I'm sure that I'll be continuing to use more lime green because I have a lot in my stash and I love it.
I am pleased with how it looks in this quilt and with the cheddar background.
On to KELLY GREEN for a complete set!
Then I have to decide if I want to continue making blocks. I'll be watching to see other color suggestions here and playing with the setting for these.

Your red and lime stars are fantastic! The cheddar background in all your challenge blocks is really arresting too. You've inspired me to give this color a try...

Love your triangles galore. You are being true to the made fabric concept with them. I ran out of steam making fabric for mine, so they are mostly "faux made fabric". I tried to use multi colored prints instead. I also love your layout for the color blocks. Just think of the fun you can have quilting this.

Great triangle stars with the very beautiful reds and greens. Your lime green block looks good too - the yellow background sets off all the colours so well.

I really love that swirly lime fabric...its just awesome, who makes it?

The swirly lime green fabric is from the Paradise line at Art Gallery Fabrics (lucky I saved the selvedge). Also my Triangles Galore blocks are about 1/3 with made fabric and the rest with "whole cloth". Sometimes piecing the made fabric triangles is a challenge. I'm learning to use bigger chunks of scraps when making the fabric for these blocks.
