So here we go:

All 16 blocks up on my design wall:
Laying out the blocks was a long process. I'm fairly set on this arrangement, but I want to sleep on it for a few more nights before sewing the blocks together. How do you think I should finish it?
- No border
- Beige/khaki border to match the fabric in the blocks
- Multicolor made fabric border
- Several borders--multicolor made fabric and beige khaki
- Something else?
Thanks in advance for your opinion!

WOW! Lovely, has a 3D look. Maybe a thin dark wine border with a wider multicolor made fabric border.
The twisting effect is striking. More than one boarder I think one should be colorful.
maybe a border of little colorful friendship stars with khaki as the background?
I LOVE it! I love the variety of the color and the calmness beige. I think you should put a small border of red or multicolor (like 1 inch small) and then a beige larger border. Good luck!
Lovely blocks, Ellie and I do like the over-all look. My suggestion would be beige/khaki border and then a narrower border made of many of the coloured fabrics.
Definitely multiple borders but there are so many options. I'd discard the ones that come immediately to mind and ask, what would Victoria do? What would be completely unexpected but gorgeous?
No border, bind and enjoy. Why draw attention away from the action in the middle?
This is so fantastic already that I would leave it alone, or add a very narrow or a very wide border in the beige/khaki color.
I would echo Helen's thought - but perhaps add just a smidgen of random colored bits, somewhere in the wide beige border, and then go to town with the quilting. Can't wait to see it!
because of the "activity" in the center, what about a khaki border that is intermittenly interrupted in color bits.as if the whirlwind spit them out? have fun! great quilt!
So pretty! I'm not good at advising others, so I'll just say I trust your judgment. Go with your heart's desire!
