I have finished my first light 10" block, I'm really having to dig for the light fabrics.
I have decided to scatter little wonky stars in my blocks, inspired by the twinkling stars quilt made by Linda Harris and featured in GenerationQ Magazine. (Victoria's baby bubblicious quilt is also a highlight of the issue!!)
Fun, fun, fun

Ellen I LOVE where you're going! Those wonky stars are just the perfect accent with your whites/lights.

Love the little itty bitty stars! Thanks for posting your progress, play and ideas. My idea of "lights" is expanding with every post.

Those stars really look perfect scattered among those dot-like prints....like a whole galaxy!
Super cute! I too have tons of wonky stars! I make them every time my teeny scraps get ahead of me! Thinking, thinking...thanks for a great idea~!
