Made-fabric side borders in red, red-orange and red-violet complete my small table runner. I wanted to add something to update the floral and plaid, and I think the analogous colors give a new look. The painted sunset strips are in the same family--only lighter.
I always love a challenge, and this one gave me an opportunity to dip into my "special fabrics" I bought the hand-painted piece at the Houston show....over ten years ago!
