Scraps from Christine put together....

I have been playing with my big "big" piece of made fabric.  I ironed the whole thing to some of that stuff that lets you cut out a shape and iron it onto another piece of fabric...Pitiful description but I am sure you all know what I mean....Once it was ironed on I drew lots of different sizes of circles.
I cut them out....and I could not help it but I cut a few of the circles in half......and this is what I came up with.
the squares are 13" square and the sashing is 3" wide so it measures about 60 " square.

Here are a few pictures.  one of the entire top and a couple of close ups.

Once I ironed them on, I did a zig zag around each one.

I have 4 blank squares in there so I can practice some fun quilting designs.

This is the first time I participate in a scrap swap and I really enjoyed it.  You all inspire me...I am just a self taught quilter who loves making quilts and other sewing projects.
Thanks for letting me be part of this project.

Freddy Moran says red is a neytral, and it certainly makes a good backgound fabric in this quilt! Lovely!
