My 15 minutes of play

okay, so it wasn't really just 15 minutes!  We had a guild drop in sewing day last weekend, so I gathered up some of my scraps and trundled off!  It took me probably a good hour to decide I wasn't really ready to go full on scrappy, at least not with the selection I had with me, so after sorting and pulling out some browns tans and reds - yeah sounds a bit boring doesn't it?  I started playing and when I was done I had these completed!

please forgive the unpressed blocks!
Scrappy blocks and wonky stars!  I'll continue making these until I run out of these fabrics, and then I'll see what I can do with them.
Fun!

Scrappy is a state of mind. I think these are great and they were fun to make. What more could you ask for.

There is something very soothing about a consistent color palate isn't there?
