Top done!

Remember these?
I made 80 of them and then put them together.  They were lots of fun and many days I spent much more than 15 minutes.

After I got them together, I decided the top needed a border, so I got to spend my 15 minutes a day cutting out some leaves.  I did this even while I was on a business trip with my husband.
The border is hand appliqued which took A LOT of  "15 minutes".  But I think the result was worth it:

What do you think?

I have also made these blocks! They are fun to make and really use up a lot of strings and strips. I have to set my blocks together - thinking of an on-point, chevron setting. I love your appliqued border!
