Fruits of Summer Play

I don't think I've shown my crumb blocks here yet... I started making fabric earlier this summer, and made a fair number of these blocks in my playtime. It's great in between projects activity, for when I want to sew without putting a lot of planning time into it... and I like the serendipity of the result! I made a few more fo these, now this is turning into a fair sized little quilt. I am going to be adding more red setting sqaures, good thing the quilt I have these laid out on is red, so it gives an idea of what it will look like. I'm kind of liking the quilting for it too. I'm enjoing this so much, I think I might let it grow a little more before I finish it!

Thanks Ladies! I need a quilt for my full size guest bed so I'm going to keep adding to this until it is big enough!

I agree, these crumb blocks are great for mindless sewing. I like what you have so far.
