Thanks, V.

Thanks for posting those detailed photos on how you make fabric. I need to study those more carefully when I have some time to play. I tried it based on my quick overview of your process. I wished you were in the room to help advise me. Sometimes I got stuck... and I don't know anything about Y seams. How they are supposed to work, how I could fudge one, if I wanted. So this is my one little block that roughly follows your suggested process. It took me half an hour to make this! I'm looking forward to further study on your tutorial.

Also, I got a newsletter from Basics and was excited that one of the photos of the quilt distribution shows my quilt! I'm famous in NY! (in my own mind, anyway)

About Y seams etc... Sometimes you make a piece that it is so perfect you don't want to trim it down... and you have to fit it in as it is.. Or sometimes curves... I wish I could pop over and show you!

Class anyone? everyone fly to Carols house, lets have some lessons... ;-) be right over!

Oh, that will be interesting. I have two twin beds. Hope you all will fit into them. Or, let's just sew together and never sleep.
