more of the same
Still making pinwheels. Want at least 4 more. The two with the less crisp center have a print as part of the 4 patch in the center. No quite as successful, but will use anyway. When you make a scrap/free-pieced quilt you don't have to love every block, but they can all be friends. Sorry my camera and I did not get along yesterday and the picture is not the greatest.
Have been airing my collection of 30's and 40's quilt tops. Will be sharing a few. First is this top which is supposed to have been made by a Mennonite lady. I love the colors and the way she used two different size hexagon stars. Oh, and the hexagon thingy in the center. I think probably made in the 40's. Same camera argument as above.

LOVING THE PINWHEELS!!! fabulous scrappy goodness!
I like all the scraps in the old top too!
Love those pinwheels!
Great colors! How are you going to set them?
Love those yellow patches in BOTH. They light up!
Most excellent! I love your new one the best.
These a very exciting pinwheels. I really like them all.
I agree with Mary...those wheels are really whirling!
I had to chuckle this morning. I am using my iPad since the computer is in the hospital and I accidentally enlarged the picture of your design wall. The blocks are wonderful and better yet, the snippets and strings on the wall itself made me laugh!!!
Glen: wanting my computer back..........
