more of the same

Still making pinwheels. Want at least 4 more. The two with the less crisp center have a print as part of the 4 patch in the center. No quite as successful, but will use anyway. When you make a scrap/free-pieced quilt you don't have to love every block, but they can all be friends. Sorry my camera and I did not get along yesterday and the picture is not the greatest.

Have been airing my collection of 30's and 40's quilt tops. Will be sharing a few. First is this top which is supposed to have been made by a Mennonite lady. I love the colors and the way she used two different size hexagon stars. Oh, and the hexagon thingy in the center. I think probably made in the 40's. Same camera argument as above.

I had to chuckle this morning. I am using my iPad since the computer is in the hospital and I accidentally enlarged the picture of your design wall. The blocks are wonderful and better yet, the snippets and strings on the wall itself made me laugh!!!

Glen: wanting my computer back..........
