I've been flying all morning since I received my Flying Geese quilt from Chris (AKA MNBlondie). What a fantastic surprise to get this wonderful work of art from my new online friend! We;ve been corresponding ever since we found out that we both grew up in MN.
But there's more---
I just love this quilt with all the colorful geese floating freely over those patchwork farmlands. Some are in a line and some are not....yet.

Chris sent along this micro-mini quilt with two cute little goslings. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for these beauties. I love the piping and the pieced binding. And the machine quilting is magnificent!
BTW, Chris, may I adopt you, too? Just call me Mom.
