Churn Dash Block Tutorial?

Apologies for this post, but I thought if I asked the question in the comments section of the Churn Dash Block it wouldn't be seen quick enough. 

Question:  Where is the link for the tute for the Churn Dash Block?  (When i click on the link on the right under the Blocks of the Month Tutorials I don't get the tute for the churn dash block, only a block that was made by Ellen.)
