The other day I wondered to myself, "what if... Baltimore?" So... I used some playtime minutes (15+ + +) to create these red and yellow and green pieces,
Then I created a Baltimore album-type block using lids from three different sized containers; I thought I'd try some flowers, just to see if I liked doing it.
I traced the template pieces onto fusible web, then pressed the fusible to my fabrics and stitched them down using a raw-edge applique
I actually like the way it came out; I'm going to try making a few more designs!
Delightful! I love your design and your use of made fabric. It's a breath of fresh air for Baltimore.
very fun! ok, a little on the traditional side....I am impressed :) are you coming over to my side? LOL
Lovely! I really like how the made fabric looks in the applique pieces.
Of all the Baltimore designs I've seen, this is definitely the most fun!
