A huge thank you to everyone who has participated in our AAQI quilt drive. Our group quilts have been selling well, both online at at Festival. I have been trying to keep up with the sales. Here is a list of the quilts that have sold so far. I don't have sale prices for all of them yet. When they are all posted, I will give you an updated total.

I apologize if I spelled names wrong or left anyone off. Congratulations, everyone. It would be great if you all continued making and donating quilts to AAQI. You can find out more at the Alzheimers Art Quilt Initiative site. When you register your quilt, and get your number, please let me know, and I will post it on our group site as soon as the photo is up.
WAHOO! I was there making sure people were buying our GROUP quilts! At one point, they SCREAMED out, "We have the maker here in the BOOTH!" and that is when my SUMMER SKY quilt sold... I guess being totally red faced embarrassed is worth it for a good cause. The lady who bought it, started crying, as she had lost her mother to Alzheimer's... Hugs were flying all around...
We're doing really good work here people... Let's make more!!!
I am so excited by this wonderful news! I am so glad to be a part of this, I only wish I could have been I pn Houston to see our work hanging and get pictures
Well done to all who have taken part in this. It is a great cause.
What good news - generosity on both sides of the fence! Thanks, again, Miki, for spurring us on & keeping us posted.
