tomato red...



Because so many of my blocks have lots of orange and rust, I decided to add darker and cooler tones. I mixed in baby and hot pinks, burgundies and a bit of green for contrast. The pink looks more dominant in the photo than in life. Still can't find my "orange" one which means it is definitely time to tidy up my space!

Starting to look like a quilt...

Oh this is lovely . . . I like seeing these blocks together. If I was going to borrow this pattern, how big would your corner squares turn out finished? :D

Love the way they all look together "as is." The way those corner 4-patches connect the colors and the center square defining each block...wonderful.
