Blocks by Carol

Here are my aqua and maroon blocks. I have stopped worrying about whether my colors actually ARE what we are supposed to use. I'm just having fun with the colors.

I want my quilt to have a few more blocks than we're getting assigned to us, so I made some extras. I had so much fun playing with color and making these up as I played!

I now have 19 blocks. When we finish all 16 blocks, I can maybe retire a couple of mine that I'm not as crazy about, and still end up with 20 blocks for a fun-size quilt (along with a fun-size Snickers bar). -- carol e.
