I finally decided to finish my edges with a dense zig zag which wrapped the edges rather than a binding.
I wanted it to float rather than have a dark edge, which in my in mind would take away from the design.
I really wanted the neutrals to be showcased and when I auditioned dark edges it seemed to detract from them.
It was such fun to do this and it really tested my free piecing skills and the ability of my machine to go over those multiple seams so many times!
The LOVE block and the hearts are 3inches.
It was a challenge to piece those letters so small!
I am really happy with the results!
I had just enough of the neutral made fabric for the label.
As you see on the label i was inspired by Sophie Junction's wonky heart block and Tonya Ricucci's LOVE block.
Thanks Victoria for the wonderful challenge!

Wonderful. The zigzag was a great choice. Seems like an extension of the piece.
Great piece! I love those hearts--yummy chocolate....hugs, Julierose

I love those luscious hearts on the front, but also your documentation on the back side!
Yum! Way to incorporate two challenges (the mini and the lights) into one project! Nice piecing!
