Circle Play

My guild is having a challenge this month, inset circles. We used the good old freezer paper technique, which was fun. A friend told me about another technique called a Porthole. It is sort of an appliqué, but not exactly. I had some made fabric hanging around, and decided to use it as the center of my porthole. I might be making more of these, it was really fun!
