Atria & Ventricles

After working in the Texas Medical Center for decades, the word “Heart” brings forth images of four chambers, a regulator for circulation.   No romantic image, but a muscle that will beat a bit faster when the right person is smiling.

This is a 12” square, all cottons, piping around the heart chambers, raw edge appliqué for the triangles and  a double layer of batting,  I think the double layer (sometimes a layer of flannel with a layer of  batting) makes it hang a bit better on the wall.

Cheers to all,  Elizabeth White
