These are great blocks for when your brain is too fried to make anything else. I haven't been able to focus on any of the new projects I have on my To Do list so I've continued to sew scraps together. Here's a batch of 6.5" blocks.
Then yesterday I spent most of the day sewing and made this batch of 20 blocks, also 6.5" square.

Brainless? Perhaps, but methinks not. Looking terrif!
they are so scrappy fun... the USING IT ALL UP factor I think is so gratifying...
Whoo-hoo! You go girl!
Looks like lots of fun. Keep up the good work!
I think making scrap pieces is great therapy to rest the mind while we contemplate our next project. Also a nice feeling to clean out some stash and make something wonderful in the process.

I am so tickled to read of another quilter who feels FRIED at times and a loss for....I can't remember what I was thinking.... :)! Beautiful scrappiness.
I am so far from USING IT ALL UP that it's not funny. It gets a little discouraging when it doesn't look like you've even made a dent!
