After some inspiration from my swap partner, Miki, I was able to complete the quilting on the Kandinsky Circles! I wanted to keep with the circles idea, but didn't want the quilting to just be, well, boring.
So I did semi-oblong circles that touch in places to give me crescent moon shapes to then stipple quilt within. Tiny stipple quilting, mind you. It was great fun to do and I like the final effect!
Since I couldn't figure out what to put on the back, I pieced some hand dyed squares. With the circle quilting it looks pretty neat! Now all I have left is the binding!

Your quilting is simply perfect for your piece! You have inspired me to "get out of the ditch" and play a little.
I so totally love this! The quilting is perfect. I have to hand stitch the binding down, then put yours in the mail. It should go out on Monday.
