Color Challenge blocks

Hello all, Nathalie here, I have been busy and haven't gotten to post in quite awhile.  I finally got around to reading this blog this weekend and found out about the color challenge.  This looks like so much fun, so I pulled out my colors and started sewing.  Here is my mauve:

My Ochre

And my avocado

I don't have the last two blocks all sewn together, since I haven't decided how I want to put this top together.  I am thinking about using some of the same solid brown squares so the blocks kind of look like they are overlapping.  Anyway, this has been fun and I can't wait until Wednesday for the next color to work with.  Is there a finite amount of colors/weeks this challenge is going to run?  I don't remember reading that anywhere, doesn't mean it wasn't there, but just wanted to know to assist in the layout of the quilt.
EDIT:  Okay, I went back and re-read all the postings and found that this challenge will be running 12 weeks.  I also saw all the other block postings and love what everyone is doing.

Love the way you just jumped in and did the three colours in one go. I like your wonky stars.

They look great! I like how the stars set off the inspired coor of the week! They read well together!
Yes, it's 11 weeks, although I may push it to 16... Better amount of blocks to play with... :-) we will see.

I hope this challenge runs for a long, long time. I love seeing everyone's blocks. Yours are so great because you have stated each color and made it shine!
