Collaborative Quilt Blocks

I got these blocks from a Collaborative Quilt swap.  2 friends dropped out, so I got their blocks.  this is a most of the blocks I have.  Where do I start?  this makes my head spin just thinking about it.

What if...
you made fabric to fill in?
What if you made a medallion style and filled out around it....
What if you used these for borders?
what it you grouped them into a unique giant 9 patch?
What if you sew a bunch together and cut them again?
what if you....

Listen to your instinct... stare at it for a few days and let it tell you... follow your gut!

process your ideas, think of as many things as you can before you make a decision to make the "same old quilt"...

How can you make a quilt that is truly unique to you?

Ditto what V says. And I would start by trying to find sections or rows that you can sew together, perhaps with some fill-in blocks or fabric. I love these type of quilts. You're inspiring me to get my orphan blocks out!

What wonderful ideas. I need to be reminded to ask myself what if more often. You have the beginnings of a really fun project here.

I hope to take Friday as a 15 minute play day. Wish me luck.
