Here are my dusty blue and rust blocks.
I fell a bit behind, so today was catch up.
I was surprised to find a perfect dusty blue in my stash.
I think it must have been given to me,
because I don't remember buying.
That's not to say I didn't buy it, I just don't remember!
I paired it with hot pink, green and a orange and yellow print.
I am beginning to think that orange goes with everything!
So onto the rust . . .
I know that piece of fabric was given to me by my friend Bambi Shapiro.
She gave me the blue and gold here too.
I added the green.
No orange in site, maybe orange doesn't go with everything.
So here are my two newest blocks.
And here are my eight all together.
I will start playing around with them now.
I need a bigger design wall.
Guess I'll move to the floor.

I thought you were weird in the odd placement of the points in your blocks. I thought, does she not remember it goes here not there.
But I have to admit, they are pretty cool when they are together!
They are definitely a WOW!

Your yoga stars make me want to do some downward dog! :-). Nice of Bambi to share. :-))
Lisa, your innovative-pieced stars look like they're dancing! They look great!
They are BOTH gorgeous, Lisa!! I am also very fond of your "yoga" blocks. What a unique and innovative approach. I'm anxious to see your finished quilt.
